Etoile the first contactless travel card has seen the day and is targeting to have a nationwide reach.
Etoile card uses the latest technology in contactless card to provide users an easy and secure way of making purchases.

The contactless technology features an embedded CHIP and radio antenna that communicates through radio frequency
with Etoile Point of Sales allowing customers to complete a sale simply by “touch and go” card over the reader.

Etoile is a contactless smart card that offers the following services:

• Paying bus fare.
  Currently, accepted in all RHT buses.
• Micro purchases – supermarkets, ‘la boutique et tabajie’, parking, petrol, etc.
• Loyalty benefits and rewards.

How to get an Etoile card

• Card can be purchased at outlets displaying Etoile.
• Easily accessible, No credit check required.
• Card is valid for 2 years.
• An initial fee (One off) will be applicable.
• Customer MUST complete the application form attached and submit.

How to Top Up Etoile Card

• Card has a limit of Rs2,000.
• Customer can Top Up (cash payment) Etoile card at any of our partners.
• Funds immediately accessible on the card, no charges claimed to customer.
• Amount deposited can be up to Rs2,000.
• The maximum transaction amount is Rs2,000.

Where to use Etoile Card

• Card can be used for Bus fare.
• Card can be used for micro payments, at merchant’s displaying Etoile logo.

How does it work

• Purchase a card at any of our partners.
• Call on our Hotline, (230) 464 4646 to activate your card.
• Top Up your card at our authorised partners and start using it.
• Use your card to pay for your Bus transit and make purchases everywhere where the Etoile card is accepted (Shopping malls, Buses, restaurants, etc).
• Get Loyalty points on each purchase at participating partners only (coming soon).
• Top Up your card when funds are used up.
