Mr. Sanjiva Goburdhun
He is a member of the Institute of Directors, UK. Mr. Goburdhun joined RHT Holding Ltd (formerly Rose Hill Transport Ltd) in 1990, was appointed as Managing Director in 1994 and is a member of the Corporate Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
He was a member of the National Committee on Corporate Governance; is Chairman of Island Communications Ltd. & all the subsidiaries which are 100% owned by RHT Holding Ltd.  He assumes directorship in One Advertising, the Mauritius Commercial Bank and Sun Insurance Ltd.

1) IPRO Growth Fund Ltd. He was appointed as Director of the Company in 2003 and member of the Audit Committee in 2005.
2) The Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd. He is a member of the Risk Monitoring Committee.

Dr. Sidharth Sharma, MIEE, MIEEE (PhD)
Dr. Sharma joined RHT Holding Ltd (formerly Rose Hill Transport Ltd) in 1996 as Logistics Manager, was appointed Director in 2000 and is member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He had also worked at British Telecom as a Research Engineer.
Dr. Sidharth Sharma obtained his PhD. in Telecommunications from the University of Bristol in 2004.  He is currently the Managing Director of Island Communications Ltd. a logistics solutions company.

Mr Paul Ah Leung
Mr. Ah Leung is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and is currently the Managing Director of ATS Ltd, ATS International Ltd and ATS Manufacturing Ltd.
Mr. Ah Leung is a Director of Linux Solutions Ltd (an ICT solutions provider), N. Bellstedt & Co. PTY Ltd. incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, SYSTEC Sarl incorporated in the Republic of Madagascar and Chairman of GBT Corporation incorporated in Guangdong, People’s Republic of China.
Mr. Ah Leung was appointed to the Board of RHT Holding Ltd (formerly Rose Hill Transport Ltd) on the 10th January 2007.  He is a member of the Audit Committee and Chairperson of the Corporate Governance, Nomination and Remuneration committee.

Mr Sailesh Sewpaul
Mr Sailesh Sewpaul holds an MBA and is the Founder of Payment Exchange. He has 22 years of experience in the Banking industry at various levels in IT, International Business and heading Retail Banking and electronic Channels at State Bank Ltd. Served as advisor to Visa International.

Mr Umesh Keetharuth
Mr Umesh Keetharuth holds an MBA and has 22 years of experience in the Banking industry at various levels in IT and leading the technical team of the Electronic Channels at State Bank of Mauritius. He successfully launched the first EMV card in Mauritius and Sub Sahara.

Mr Dhaneshwar Damry
Mr Dhaneswar Damry is a barrister at law.  He is the founder member of the Bhumishq Group in Mauritius.  He has the vision of building a leading conglomerate in Mauritius with interests in sectors yielding sustainable and inclusive growth. He believes in the opportunities in and the people of Mauritius. In a few years, he has managed to identify niche sectors, identify and integrate innovators and leaders and start a number of companies that have high growth prospects today. He has also managed to build a good management and support team. While consolidating operations of existing companies in Mauritius today, his vision is to expand the operations of identified companies in the African region.
