ALWAYS ensure you get your receipt for every transaction. ALWAYS make sure you are the only person to use your Etoile card. ALWAYS read the terms and conditions associated with the card carefully. ALWAYS report the loss of your card immediately on our Hotline (230) 464 4646. ALWAYS notify us immediately when you change your contact details (address, phone numbers etc).   NEVER give your card to anyone. If your Etoile Card is used by a third party without your knowledge, you will be responsible for any purchases effected. NEVER disclose your card number to anyone.
